Microsoft announced the Pulse Red pad this afternoon, and it is due to go on sale “in most Xbox markets” on 9th February, priced at the standard £54.99/$64.99 RRP. While there are numerous colours of controller for the previous Xbox One model (and you can even customise your own), only three are available for the Xbox Series X/S at present: Carbon Black, Robot White, and Shock Blue. This fresh design brings with it a new lick of paint and… well, that’s it. Otherwise, it’s the standard Xbox Series X/S controller underneath. Here it is in action:
