You can find Pop Pods by travelling to the Beachside Camp at the Cobalt Coastlands. Once you arrive, walk down the hill straight towards the beach, the Pop Pods will appear as small red spheres right on the edge of the water. Pick up three of them and then head back to Jubilife Village. Due to a relatively low draw distance for items, you may need to scour along the edge a fair bit, so keep that in mind. Some Pokémon that wander Cobalt Coastlands also drop Pop Pods, but it’s much easier to simply get them from the beach itself.
